Benefit Auction & Dinner!

The Dinner and Auction will be held at the
Barberton Moose Lodge Annex at
272 31st St. NW, Barberton, OH.

The Buffet Dinner will be served from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The dinner includes coffee and dessert. Soft drinks may also be purchased. Tickets are available as follows: Adults $10, Children (ages 12 and under) $5, and Family Tickets $25 (includes 2 adults and your children 18 and under).

A FREE Bid Card is provided with the purchase of each Adult or Family Ticket.
Bid Cards are $5 without the purchase of a dinner ticket.

Tickets are available Pre-Sale through the school or At the Door.

The Silent Bidding will be held from 6:00 until 8:15.
The LIVE Auction will begin at 8:30pm.
Harold Farnsworth will be our Auctioneer for the evening!

We Need Your Help

Why Is There A Need?

In our 29th year of operation, Hametown Christian Academy has much to offer our community. Our exceptional curriculum allows us to meet the educational needs of a diverse student body. Both academically gifted students and those with various learning difficulties are flourishing at our school. Beyond academics, we provide many opportunities for students to develop social and leadership skills that will help them to prosper in their adult lives.

50 Year-Old Boiler System

We realize that we are in troubling economic times. As the economy struggles, so do our families. Therefore, we work hard to run our school on a very limited budget, keeping our expenses to a minimum, allowing families to afford all that we offer. However, our building is old and needs continual repair. Replacing our roof several years ago was an an incredible blessing, and we are grateful for all who helped. Currently, we need to replace the main circulation pump for our boiler, which is a tremendous expense. To do this we must raise additional support.

How Can You Help?

We will be holding our 14th Annual Benefit Auction & Dinner on Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Barberton Moose Lodge Annex. All proceeds will go toward operating expenses and the pump replacement. We are asking you to help our students by donating items or gift certificates that we can sell at our auction. Each gift is tax deductible and we will advertise your business or organization as a sponsor of our event. Cash donations are also greatly appreciated and will be acknowledged in the patron section of our program. If you have any questions, you may contact the school at 330-825-7891. Even if you cannot donate an item, we would invite you to join us for the dinner, silent auction, or LIVE auction – you never know what you might find!
